Jacked-Up Dinner

Tonight, I was scanning the fridge for something to fix up for Ollie.

Low-sodium beef broth.

That's nutritious. But what to thicken it with?

Open the pantry to see what we have.

Hmmm, Cheerios.

It could work.

Mix together. Heat. Mash.

Looks like dogfood, but Ollie will attest that it's DELICIOUS!

As my friend, Bethany, would say, "You feed your kids some jacked-up food!" Of course, I called her to tell her about tonight's dinner menu, and she said that this trumps the time that I fed Merrit beets and eggs. Ha ha ha!
