This morning, while Merrit and Daddy stayed home to watch cartoons, Ollie and I bundled up and hit the farmer's market. It was so cold out, we had to bundle up. He wore:
Layer 1: A cotton onesie and a pair of socks.
Layer 2: A zip-up pair of footed fleece PJs.
Layer 3: His zip-up Land's End fleece winter "coat" with hood and fold-over feet and hands.
Layer 4: A wool blankie tucked in around him once he was in the stroller.
Was it worth it? Mmm, mmm...you bet. To show for it, we have a week's worth of delicious, fresh, affordable fruits and vegetables!
